Kim was a native of Tallahassee but had lived in Grand Ridge for the past 22 years. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church in Sneads.

Other survivors include her three daughters, Heather, Cassie, and Amber; her mother, Linda Coulliette(John); two sisters, Tiffany Barrett; and Tasha Walker; three brothers, Kevin and David Barrett; and Randall Griffin; her grandmother, Rebecca Coulliette; her grandfather, George Barrett; a godmother, Annette Sanders; a devoted friend, Melanie Saunders; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Zorn; her step-father, Robert Barrett; and her step-grandfather, James Coulliette.
