He was a native of Bessemer,AL. and moved from Louisiana to Tallahassee in 1988. He was the owner /operator of Sprayglo Auto Refinishing and Body Repair in Tallahassee. He was a member of Genesis Church.TV and was an avid Nascar fan. He loved to rebuild and refinish old cars, play golf and fish. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Barbara Dean of Tallahassee, two sons, Kenneth Burton(Allison) of Tallahassee and George Burton(Jennifer) of Navarre,Fl. Two brothers, Rick Barnett and Greg Dean both of Tallahassee, sisters, Diane Barnett of Tallahassee, Dibbie Thornton of Millbrook, AL., Tonya McShane of Tallahassee and Wanda Dean of Elba, Al. Grandchildren, Josha Dean Burton, Tara Ellinor, Jeri Richter and Hadley Richter.
