A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Rosemary was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church where she was active with the Women's Circle and adult bible study.

Survivors include her friend, Emilie Beck of Tallahassee; two nephews, James Doughty of Conowingo, Maryland; and David Doughty of Pennsaukan, New Jersey; a sister in law, Jane Doughty of Lansdale, Pennsylvania; one great niece and one great nephew.
