In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Nicole and Katherine Allen Education Fund, that has been established at Envision Credit Union in Tallahassee.

Born in 1958 in Texas City, Texas and raised in Miami, he attended Florida State University where he obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees. For the past 20 years Tim worked with the City of Tallahassee Growth Management Department as a Civil Engineer III. He was an active outdoorsman and loved swimming in the ocean, fishing, and kayaking. He lived a good man's life and his many acts of kindness and love will be remenbered by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his two daughters, Nicole Allen and Katherine Allen of Tallahassee; his parents Donald and Virginia Allen of St. Helena Island, S.C.; his sister Carlyle Allen Beamish(Jack); his brother Jeffrey Allen(Susan)of Anchorage, Alaska; and former spouse Karen Allen. He is also survived by his niece Lindsay Allen of Anchorage, and his nephew John Beamish of Tallahassee.
