O B I T U A R Y

Mrs. Betty Lou Ryder Blair of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Harvey Ryder and Pearl Barnes Ryder, was born on April 21, 1933 in Clayburn County, Tennessee and departed this life on Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Golden Living Center-Green Hill. She was 83 years, 8 months, and 19 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, attended the Greensburg Church of the Nazarene and was a homemaker.

She united in marriage to Carl Blair on August 19, 1952 who preceded her in death on April 2, 2010.

Survivors include a special grandson and caregiver: Woodrow "Woody" Baugh of Greensburg; a daughter and son-in-law: Diana and Ernest Davis of Greensburg; a son: Mike Blair of Campbellsville; grandchildren: Todd and Amy Blair of Franklin, Dennis Delk II and Nikki Delk of Ohio, Aiden Bowles, Leah Danyelle, and Colton Polley all of Franklin, Leon Davis of Greensburg, William Davis and Wayne Davis of Tennessee; great-grandchildren: Lyric Blair, Talyn Blair of Franklin, Dennis Delk III of Ohio; great-great-grandchild: Easton Finn; a brother: Billy Ryder of Texas; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Linda Newberry of Mt. Sterling, Howard and Shirley Blair of Ohio and Glennis Blair of Paintsville; a special cousin: Ann McNew of Tennessee; and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Blair was also preceded in death by a daughter: Debbie Blair Delk Griffin; four brothers: Harvey Ryder, James Ryder, Jack Ryder, Dayton Ryder.

The funeral services for Mrs. Betty Lou Ryder Blair will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. Richard Morgan officiating.

Visitation is requested after 9:30 A.M., Thursday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.
