Mrs. Ina Marie Pittman 89 of Mt. Vernon died Saturday December 5, 2009 at the

Rockcastle Regional Hospital. She was born on August 23, 1920 in Rockcastle

County the daughter of the late Fred and Viola Kinnley Gentry. She was a

homemaker, enjoyed quilting and gardening, and was a member of the Bible Baptist

Church.

Survivors are: Two sons; Jim Kirby (Linda)of Cape Coral, Florida and

Bobby Kirby of Mt. Vernon. One special step son; Ricky Pittman (Ann)of Brodhead

Three daughters; Judy Phillips (Earl), Betty Bussell, and Donna Mink (Ronnie)

all of Mt. Vernon. Three brothers; Ed (Alice) and Ben Gentry(Wanda) both of

Leroy, ILL. and Cletus Gentry of Mt. Vernon. 20 Grandchildren, 38 Great

Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in

death by her first husband; Robert R. Kirby, her second husband; Glen Pittman, by

3 sons; Elvis Gentry, Paul Kirby,and Gene Kirby, by 5 brothers; Willie, Robert,

Troy, Roy, and Charles Gentry, by 3 sisters; Ada Pittman, Lucille and Louella

Gentry, and by two grandchildren; Rodney Kirby and Ashlee Carter.
