Mrs. Martha Isaacs 69 of Mt. Vernon died Saturday June 26, 2010 at her home. She was

born on January 31, 1941 in Hazard, KY the daughter of the late Charlie and Elsie Fugate

Russell. She was retired from Dresser Industries, enjoyed flower gardening and her

grandchildren. She was a member of the Chestnut Ridge Church of Christ.

Survivors are: Two sons; Dwight Isaacs and his friend Lisa, and Roger Isaacs and

his wife Becky all of Mt. Vernon. One special friend; Jack McKinney. Three brothers;

Billy Russell of Sturgis, KY, Ollie Russell of Tipp City, Ohio, and Happy “Peanut”

Russell of Hazard, KY. Two sisters; Mrs. Unaiv Baldwin of Tipp City, Ohio and Mrs.

Thelma Price of Danville, KY. Two grandchildren; Grant and Will Isaacs also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Cossie Isaacs, by one brother; Ranslee

Russell and by two sisters; Reva Campbell and Treva Wackler.
