Mr. James K. Treadway age 66, of Stanford Ky died Wednesday July 21, 2010 at

the Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital after a long illness. He was born on June 13,

1944 in Rockcastle County the son of the late Edgar and Sara Dowell Treadway. He was

a retired farmer, enjoyed fishing and attended the Baptist Church.

Survivors are: one brother; Earl Treadway Sr. of Danville, KY. Two sisters; Mrs.

Clarice Griffin of Hustonville, KY, and Mrs. Irene Tate of Lebanon, KY. Several nieces

and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by: one brother; Dearl Treadway,

and by five sisters; Mattie Griffin, Edna Lones, Rosie Treadway, Inez Brown, and Nana

Mae Blakey.
