William D. Bryant Jr. of New Zion Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin, Kentucky. He was 79 years, 5 months and 23 days of age. He was born on March 13, 1933 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late William D. Bryant Sr. and Daisy (Thomas) Bryant. He was co-owner of W.D. Bryants & Sons for many years. He was a member of the Williamsburg Masonic Lodge #490 F & AM.

He is survived by his three children, Barbara Bryant (Alan Rupert), Brenda Jones (Carl) and William M. Bryant (Kelly), all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; his wife for of over 60 years, Wilma Bryant of Williamsburg, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Chad Shelton and Kelsey Bryant, both of Williamsburg, Kentucky; six sisters, Roxie Lee of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Ann Scolaro (Carl) of Cleveland, Ohio, Gennie Long (Chuck) of Barbourville, Kentucky, Sandra Stacy (Ron) of Dayton, Ohio, Betty Bukovitz of Knoxville, Tennessee and Faye Adams of Williamsburg, Kentucky; one brother, Edgar Bryant (Glenna) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be from 12 Noon until the funeral hour on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Croley Funeral Home.

A Masonic Service will be conducted by the Williamsburg Masonic Lodge at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.

The Funeral Service will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Vernon Jones and Rev. Doyle Lester officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Davis Addition of Highland Park Cemetery in Williamsburg.
