Louis Jackson "Jack" Broyles of Rev. Bill Perkins Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was 87 years, 8 months, and 9 days of age. He was born on August 9, 1925 in Whitley County, Kentucky to the late Clint Broyles and Hattie Carroll Broyles. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Jean Monhollen Broyles. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in World War II and a member of the Antioch Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio.

He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-laws, John "Chuck" Broyles and his wife Donna and James "Rocky: Broyles and his wife Kathy, all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; 6 grandchildren, John Broyles, Vicki Liska, Chuck Broyles, Jessica Broyles, Jody Broyles and Heather Broyles; six great grandchildren; four sisters, Betty Fryman, Jewell Grillon, Norma Lawson and Joyce McCullah, all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.

The Funeral Service will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Stanley officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery following Military Graveside Honors conducted by the American Legion Post #88 of Corbin, Kentucky.
