Clarence Adams, age 58, of Croley Camp Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky. He was born on July 30, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Elmer Adams and Lucy Riggs Adams. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, James Clark and Joseph Riggs and a sister, Faye McKiddy.
He is survived by his wife, Renee Griffith of Corbin, Kentucky; four daughters, Judy Ann Adams Short (Richard) of Nancy, Kentucky and Rachel Lee Adams, Vanessa Lynn Adams and Emily Adams all of Corbin, Kentucky; two sons, Clarence Monroe Adams and Ryan Dean Adams of Corbin, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Tristan Cole Short, Adam Blake Short Joseph Thacker and Codie Thacker; two sisters, Judy Ann McKiddy (Gorman) and Debbie Rickett (Paul) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; special friend, Fuzz Harmon Smith of Williamsburg, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. Monday, June 8, 2015 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
The Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerome McCullah officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Gatliff Cemetery.
