Jack Lewis Clark, age 76, of Hwy 779, Rockholds, Kentucky passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born on July 22, 1939 in Boone Height, Kentucky to Edward Clark and Mae Sue Melton Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mae Sue Clark; sisters, Rea Dawson, Ruth Martin, Hortence Farmer, and Katherine Joann Poindexter; and brothers, Bill Clark and Harold Clark. Jack was an avid lover of Whitley County Athletics, while supporting his grandchildren. Jack was a Faithful fan of the UK Wildcats and the Cincinnati Reds. He was on the Whitley County Farm Bureau Board of Directors, the Whitley County Conservation District Board of Directors and the Owner of Clark Feed and Fertilizer for over 36 years. Jack loved farming. He was a member and Deacon of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Powell Clark of Rockholds, Kentucky; two daughters, Kimberly Medley and husband Terrell of Rockholds, Kentucky and Cymbre Crisologo and husband John of Rockholds, Kentucky; son, Coleman Jack (CJ) Clark and fiancé Angie Mills of Rockholds, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Monica Love (Randy), Aaron Clark Miller, Corey Crisologo, Casey Jack Crisologo, Shelby Clark, Peyton Smith, and Sarah Clark; two great grandchildren, Connor Love and Cameron Jack Love; sister-in-law, Mary Clark of Thornsby, Alabama; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.

Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Croley Funeral Home.

The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Jones and Rev. David Aker officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Barbourville City Cemetery, Barbourville, Kentucky. Aaron Miller, Corey Crisologo, Casey Crisologo, Tim Poindexter, Bill Clark, Brent Clark, Tim Minor, Will Clark and Matthew Clark will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeral Moses, Drew Minor, Darrell Poindexter, Joseph Jack Poindexter, Foister Farmer, Jr., Gary West, Bob Dawson, Tom Dawson, and Meadow Creek Community.
