Fred Young, age 71, of Fisty, Kentucky, passed away July 4, 2010 at his home. He was born in Knott County, Kentucky on September 5, 1938. He was preceded in death by his mother: Ethel Young. He is survived by his wife: Dora Young; 2 stepsons: Gary (Ruby) Gayheart and Rondal (Terisa) Gayheart; 5 grandchildren; host of great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1PM, Thursday, July 8, 2010 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Doug Bailey, Bordes Slone, John Smith and Jesse Hagans officiating. Burial will follow at the Burley Combs Cemetery at Fisty, Kentucky. Friends may call for visitation at the chapel, Tuesday and Wednesday after 6PM with additional services each evening at 7PM.
