LaDonna Cox Bandy Sallee, 36, of Petterson Street, Campbellsville, died Friday, after an accident in Marion County.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Melinda Cox Bandy.

She is survived by her husband Robbie Leo Sallee, and three children Dylan Thomas Sallee, Bethany Lynn Sallee, and Melinda Gayle Sallee, her father, Kenneth Helm Bandy, two brothers Jody and Jeremy Bandy, and one sister Christie Bandy all of Campbellsville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2PM, Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
