Judy Scott Levels 62

Judy Scott Levels, 62, Milwaukee, Wisconsin formerly of Campbellsville, died Saturday, September 12, 2009, at her residence.

Ms. Levels was a native of Campbellsville, KY, a graduate of Greensburg High School and was employed at Williams Janitorial Service, Inc..

She was the daughter of the late George Scott and Rena White Scott. She was also preceded in death by four brothers Charley Scott, Luther Scott, Willis Scott and Roosevelt Scott, three sisters, Anna V. Johnson Scott, Lettie P. Scott Miller and Edna Scott White.

She is survived by one aunt, Ms. Mildred McGill of St. Louis, MO, one niece and one nephew, many cousins and a host of friends.

Cremation was chosen.

Memorial Services were conducted at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel, 11 AM, Saturday, November 14, 2009.

Graveside services will be conducted 10 AM, Saturday, December 5, 2009 at Crown Hill Cemetery.
