David Malcom Eastridge, 78, of Casey Creek, died Friday, January 22, 2010 after an illness.

He was the son of the late Millard and Dora Barr Eastridge. He was also preceded in death by his sisters and brothers, Edna Christie, Bonnie Thompson, Rosa Robinson, Jewell Humphress, Christine Gabehart, Irene Gabehart, Edith Carooll, Gustine Smith, Pernie Carroll, Coy Eastridge, Bradley Eastridge and Arthur Eastridge.

He was a member of the Farmers Chapel Church of God, retired employee of Fruit of the Loom and a farmer.

He is survived by his wife, Allene Carroll Eastridge of Casey Creek, four children and their spouses, Mike & Phyllis Eastridge of Bowling Green, David & Deronda Eastridge of Campbellsville, Linda Beal of Casey Creek, Brenda & Tom Hutchison of Louisville, six grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four step greatgrandchildren, one brother, Jack Eastridge of Elkhorn.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2PM, Sunday at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Eastridge Cemetery.
