Donna Jean Wood 80

Donna Jean Wood, age 80, of Campbellsville, died Sunday at Grandview Nursing Home after an illness.

She was the daughter of the late Donald and Agnes Bell. She was also preceded in death by her husband Randall Wood, two grandchildren Elliott Johnson and Molly Johnson, and one great grandchild, Alex Newton. She was a retired employee of G.E. in Louisville.

She is survived by two sons, Kevin Underwood of Louisville, Lanny Highbaugh of Hodgenville, two daughters, Wendy and Rick Benningfield of Campbellsville, Robin and Donald Johnson of Louisville, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one brother, William Thomas Bell of Illinois, five sisters, Marjorie Purvis of Campbellsville, June Hoosier of Virginia, Louise DeVires, of California, Beverly Moore and Janice Bulthuis both of Illinois.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10AM, Wednesday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Hart County.

Family request visitation 5-8 PM, Tuesday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.
