Dorothy K. Edwards, 85, died Monday, January 21st in Louisville. She was a member of the Shelbyville First Baptist Church, was a registered nurse, and had served as a First Lieutenant in the Army Nurse's Corps during WWII.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Eskridge (Keith) of Louisville and her son, Richard A. Edwards (Elizabeth) of Houston, TX; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Shannon Funeral Home with Dr. Fred Moffatt officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Grove Hill Cemetery.
