Beulah Louise Snyder "Ginger" Carter, 63, of Waddy, died Wednesday, May 26th in Shelbyville. She was a homemaker, a former leader with Girl Scout Troop #458, and had attended Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Henry Snyder and Beulah Louise Harrison Snyder; and her husband, Robert Gene Carter. She is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Ritchie of Shelbyville and Nancy Dever of New Haven; her son, James Harris of Bardstown; her sister, Edna Mae Crowder of Tennessee; her brother, Billy Snyder; and 9 grandchildren.

The family will plan a memorial service at a later date.
