Chester Webb, 85, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 in Shelbyville. He was a native of Shelby County and a farmer. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church and had been recently attending Emmanuel Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosco and Lillie Webb. He is survived by his sons Ronnie Webb (Connie) and Bill Webb (Kathy), both of Shelbyville; and 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Shannon Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. officiating. Burial: Grove Hill Cemetery.

Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
