Martha Gash "Pat" Conn, 87, died Sunday, January 22, 2012 in Shelbyville. She was a native of Mercer County and a retired cosmetologist. She was a member of the Shelbyville First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Jefferson Gash and Lillian Overstreet Gash; and her husband, William Thomas "Buddy" Conn. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Callahan of West Liberty; her sisters, Wilma Thompson (Wallace) of Lawrenceburg, Mary Shepherd of Lexington, and Georgia Brown of Mercer County; and her great nephew, Kris Perry of Maryland.

Funeral: 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Shannon Funeral Home with Dr. Fred Moffatt and Dr. Stephen C. Rice officiating. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial: Grove Hill Cemetery.
