Steven Floyd Gaines, 52, of Shepherdsville died Thursday, March 22, 2012 at his home.

He is survived by his companion of 23 years, Patty Hodge, Shepherdsville; son, Brandon Hodge, Shepherdsville; daughter, Christian Grider; brothers, Mike Gaines, Shelbyville; Donnie Gaines and Ricky Gaines, Oldham County, KY; Larry Gaines, Shepherdsville; 1 grandchild; half sisters, Linda, Terri, Connie, Susie and half brother, Ross.

Funeral services 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Shannon Funeral Home.

Visitation after 11:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Todds Point.
