Mary Ann Price, age 81, widow of Herman Price, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2010 at her home in Georgetown, KY. She was born in Harlan Co., Kentucky to the late Bass and Ella Lewis Fee on August 2, 1928 .She worked at and was an owner of Saratoga Restaurant over 40 years.

Survivors are her son and daughter in law; David and Lou Ann Sizemore of Georgetown, KY.

Graveside services are 1pm Wed. at Lewis-Fee Cemetery in Harlan Co., KY with Rev. Clay Groves officiating.
