Olive W. Tingue, 93, widow of Charles Tingue, passed away Sat., June 19, 2010 at her home. She was born in Lackey, KY on Oct. 22, 1916 to the late Thomas Jackson and Mary Preston Webb. Olive was a retired school teacher; she taught in Indiana, Floyd Co., KY and retired from the Fayette Co School System. She was active in Alpha Delta Kappa, was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and of International Reader Association. She was member of King’s Way Assembly of God in Versailles, KY, she was very involved in church work and was an active volunteer in her community. Her prayer life was extremely important to her, she had a caring spirit for the needs of others.

She is survived by; her daughter; Cassandra Tingue (Richard) Anderson, Georgetown, granddaughters; Suellyn (Dr. Robert) Warring, Georgetown, Maribeth (Dillard) Caldwell, Tarpon Springs, FL, great grandchildren; Robert, Morgan and Spencer Warring, Cameron, Conner and Corbin Caldwell and special baby Hunter Sage Warring. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Hurst Webb, Thomas Jackson Webb and Zebb Webb.

Funeral Services will be Tue., June 22, 2010 at 11 am at King’s Way Assembly of God with Rev. Jeff Johnson and Rev. Joe Girdler officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park with family being pallbearers. Visitation will be Mon. June 21, 2010 from 6-8 at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home.
